Description
Sporting the same external dimensions as the Barbados 6, the Barbados 4 from Lasita is also a sleek and contemporarily styled garden structure that will provide you with a perfect garden getaway all year round. The main difference between the two is that the Barbados 4 features an internal wall, creating 2 rooms inside the cabin.
All the timber used for the materials is from slow-grown and high-quality Nordic Spruce which is known in the industry for having impressive durability, longevity and an aesthetically pleasing finish. Its long life expectancy is further backed by the manufacturer's guarantee.
The pent roof design and the tall windows give the cabin a contemporary look that will suit a large variety of outdoor spaces. The pent roof will have a maximum height of approximately 2.34m making this cabin viable for construction without requiring planning permission. There are, however, other stipulations to take into account other than height so we always recommend querying this with your local authority beforehand.
Your cabin will come flat-packed with full, detailed assembly instructions included. The interlocking 44mm thick Nordic Spruce logs make construction even easier whilst maintaining that classic log cabin feel. The roof and floor both make use of tongue and groove cladding with 18mm thick boards for a sturdy build. The cabin's durability is increased further still by the use of the chalet corner jointing and treated bearers.
The main difference between this cabin and the Barbados 6 is that this cabin makes use of an internal wall, creating an additional room inside the cabin that's roughly one-third of the size of the entire cabin. A laminated single door, complete with a low threshold and double-glazed window has been installed into this internal wall allowing for easy access.
During the day, the cabin will be filled with natural light that will pour in through the 3 large single windows and the extra windows on each of the doors. The large double doors are laminated, make use of large, double-glazed windows and sport a low threshold that's covered by a stainless steel sill. The 3 single windows all open inwards and open using tilt and turn operation. All the windows are double glazed including those found in each of the doors.
The roof covering is not included, leaving you with a choice of felt, premium felt or shingles which are available in a variety of colours. Also available is a guttering kit, an insulation kit and a painted finish - choose from the options below.

We can deliver to certain non-mainland locations (as deemed by our carrier), however, a surcharge will apply. This includes delivery to:

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 8 weeks (Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 - 8.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
