Since starting up online in 1999, the team at GardenSite are very proud of how far they've come over the last 20+ years. With everchanging technology, new garden brands, new products and an emphasis on always trying to improve our customer services, we are always striving to do better and implementing ways to offer the best shopping experience for our customers. We're proud of our staff, our suppliers and our customer's for being able to help us become one of the UK's oldest and biggest garden retailers online.
Throughout these years, our achievements haven't gone unnoticed, and we are thrilled to have received so many fantastic awards from both independent organisations in the gardening industry, as well as from the popular product brands that we sell. GardenSite Wins Two Midland Enterprise Awards
GardenSite is proud to have been successful in not one, but two categories of the 2021 Midlands Enterprise Awards, winning both the ‘Best Garden Structures & Accessories Supplier’ and the ‘Business Growth Excellence’ awards.You can read more details about the award in our blog post about it here.

Oase Awards GardenSite Aquatics Store Gold Status
Oase, a German pond and aquatics brand has recently awarded GardenSite's aquatic store with a gold status of excellence. Dan Everton was a proud man when the aquatics superstore he manages at our GardenSite show site and bricks & mortar garden centre was recently awarded Gold Certified Water & Garden Partner status by pond market leaders Oase.

GardenSite Proud To Donate £25,000 To NHS Charities
GardenSite is proud to announce a donation of £25,000 to NHS Charities, the result of a pledge made to our customers that we would donate £1 for every £50 they spend. The response to our pledge has been magnificent and we want to say thank you to everyone who placed an order with GardenSite even though Easter was only a few days away when the initiative was launched and some delivery lead times have been unavoidably extended due to the Covid-19 crisis.
The money raised will go to nhscharitiestogether.co.uk, a collection of more than 250 NHS charities who raise funds for major capital projects, pioneering research and medical equipment, helping all patients to receive the best care when and where it is needed most.

In January 2019, GardenSite was awarded a 'Best of Houzz' in the 'service' category, from Houzz; a website dedicated to everything in the home and garden from decorating to home improvements and garden makeovers.

GardenSite Celebrates 18th Birthday
In September 2017, GardenSite celebrated our 18th birthday, David Coton recalls how we have grown from an off shoot of a family run garden centre into one of the UK's leading online garden supplies retailers. After eighteen successful years, GardenSite is still an independent business that emphasises excellent customer service and our success has much to do with retaining traditional values in a modern environment, on top of providing a 5 star service to their customers.

GardenSite Wins Glee 2016 Award 2nd Year In A Row
Repeating the success of the previous year, Gardensite.co.uk was once again voted as having the 'Best Online Garden Retail Buying Team' at Glee 2016, the UK's most important Garden and Leisure Industry show. Having won the award for Best Online Selling Team in the previous year, David Coton, Partner at GardenSite and his colleagues were again invited to the awards ceremony on Tuesday. David said, 'We had no idea that we were going to win again, but we did. These Buyers Power List awards are highly sorted after and it was very satisfying that our team's efforts over the past year have again been rewarded."

GardenSite Wins Glee 2015 Garden And Leisure Award
Gardensite.co.uk is very proud to have received the award for 'Best Online Garden Retail Buying Team' on the second day of Glee 2015. Robert Hall, Senior Partner, was at the show when the winner was announced and said:“I didn't think we were going to win for one minute as multi-nationals such as Amazon, QVC and Littlewoods Direct had also been nominated. David and Goliath comes to mind, as GardenSite is still family owned and supported. However, I am very proud of our whole team to have won such a fantastic award."

In recognition of sales achievement and excellence in communication, GardenSite has been named ‘Stockist of the Year 2015' by Home & Garden. Home & Garden is a family owned business who supply a diverse selection of garden ornaments, the majority designed in-house, manufactured from iron, aluminium and resin.
