Product Code: B1
The Yorkshire Log Cabin from Lugarde offers a practical place to spend time relaxing out of the house or alternatively to use as an office or hobby room.
Step inside and you'll discover a functional space that can have many uses - remember that train set that was consigned to the loft or need somewhere to practise the drums? Then this is the ideal place to hide away or follow your dreams.
European spruce is highly durable and has a particularly attractive appearance. Kiln drying enhances the former quality and takes nothing away from the latter and, with vastly reduced moisture, the threat of shrinkage becomes minimal.
The window and door are double glazed with a silicon seal. As draught-proofing is also included, only warm sunlight enters into the interior to create a bright and pleasant ambience.
Assembly doesn't take long due to Lugarde's innovative stack installation method which forms a very robust structure that is waterproofed by an EPDM roof membrane.

Please Choose Your Metalwork Colour
You may choose your building's metal work colour for handles and latches from the colours below.
Select Paint & Treatment
Spray Treatment - Spray treatment is completed on both the interior and exterior sections of your building, including a primer and after-spray treatment to protect the wood against rotting and fungi. Retreating the outside of the structure within 6-12 months for maximum weathering protection is recommended.
Paint - Paint options include both the spray treatment (above) with the addition of a paint covering in your chosen colour, giving the best solution for long term protection against weathering, rot and fungi as well as offering an exterior colour finish. The outer walls are spray treated and colour painted, whilst the inside is spray treated in a colourless treatment, protecting your structure for at least 5 years before needing retreating or repainting. Note: Clear spray treatment is complementary when choosing a paint option, you do not need to select a spray treatment when choosing a painted option.
Choosing an Option - When choosing a spray treatment or paint option, you will need to choose either one spray treatment option, or one painted walls colour along with one painted windows & door colour.

Vehicles We Use
Cabins are delivered directly to you from the Lugarde factory in Holland in a self-assembly kit form and will be offloaded using a piggy-back forklift truck to the nearest curbside only. The lorry is a large articulated type and so access must be suitable should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
Bespoke Products and Timber Variation.
A Lugarde building cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched. These items are deemed a bespoke product and are manufactured on a one off basis specifically for you. Wood is a unique and natural product and the finish on the boards will vary. Variation will be seen as coarse or fine grain and shades of colour. Such properties are normal in wood and cannot be seen as a defect.
