Description

The Ryeford Garden Arch is a traditional design with trellis for climbing plants and a stylishly raftered roof.

It will add height, interest, and structure to your garden, and when covered with perfumed roses or honeysuckle will introduce a vast array of colour and scent.

Simply assembled and manufactured using pressure treated timber, you can paint the arch in any colour you like or leave the attractive natural finish.

With a fifteen year anti-rot guarantee, it will be a well loved garden feature for years to come.

Important Covid-19 Update - Thursday 5th November 2020

Delivery timeframes have been extended to up to 15 - 30 working days due to carrier restrictions during Covid-19 and excessive demand.

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK.

We offer free delivery within mainland UK on our Forest Sheds. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver outside of the UK.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 7 - 10 working days (Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed with 1 - 3 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Garden Arch

Brilliant product was delivered on time and was easy to construct and erect on my own. I'm 81 years old and I found it manageable to handle despite its physical size. I elected to sink the four legs of the arch into the ground - 20cm deep and fill with cement. Even on my own I found it easy to stand the arch upright and drop the four legs into the four matching holes at the first attempt. I am absolutely delighted with the end result and its added a touch of class to my garden. I intend to add a hand rail to the arch frame as I positioned the arch above three steps leading into my garden. Thank you Gardensite for this excellent product.

Good product

Delivery was on time and I was able on the previous day to narrow down the original 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. time window. The arch seems well made and was easy to assemble, but I'd agree with previous reviews about the inadequacy of the screws supplied. I was happy with the price of the item and look forward to having it covered with flowers!

Looks as per picture

The quality is ok although the Arch we received is slightly split in an area but I can't be bothered to return it as we waited two weeks for it. This is the second one we have had and as with the first one the instructions are not as good as they could be and screws were not up to the job.

Looking nice in the garden and solid piece of arch. Posts not long enough to sink into the ground, but we knew that and they've just simply been attached to existing ones.

Excellent product

Nice and solid when put together pity the screws are a bit on the short side also had to drill pilot holes.Put metal spikes on rather than sinking into soil also bought two x 8ft. Italian Jasmine and it now look's as if it has been there year's.Would definitely recommend this item AND the seller.

What is the best method for installing this arch on a lawn? Would ready mix concrete work or would spikes be best? What depth would you need to sink the poles?

Dear Brendan Thank you for your question. Concrete would work but you do end up losing quite a bit of height from the structure as you'd need to sink at least 30cm into the ground. The easiest, quickest solution without losing any height would be to use spikes and driving them into the lawn.
