A Nice Garden Addition
It all came pretty quickly and assembling it was pretty easy too, even with the measuring and drilling needed to prepare it. The hardest bit was getting it level and vertical, but again, no big issue. I would have preferred to have better protection for the lower section of the timber that was being dug in and I am concerned it may rot. I would also suggest that a proof reader takes a look at the instructions. It has the look of something translated and then given to some one to type up who doesn't speak English.

Very happy with purchase
Delivery was prompt, but I agree with previous reviews that you need to be confident with woodwork to assemble it. One of the side panels had two broken struts, but we were sent a replacement very quickly, excellent communication and customer service. It's quite heavy once assembled so you will probably need two people to move into position. Overall, good value for money and a very nice arch.

Bow arched
First delivery was sodden and had been damaged by a fork lift. The driver was excellent and phoned the office.An acceptable replacement was supplied without hassle. These items must be stored outside so expect damp timber.

Bow topped arch
The arch looks absolutely lovely in position, but I was surprised that the pieces were not marked, or the holes pre-drilled. I didn't realise that this is not so much a self-assembly item, as a self-build, using supplied timber. The instruction sheets ( we had several of them) didn't all match and we put it together using one that had obviously been superseded by better instructions! Anyone who doesn't feel confident with woodwork ( not everyone owns a drill) would struggle to build this arch, but we managed and it looks great. Time will tell if it weathers well or not.
