Description
The Norlog 50 Gallon Pond will be a fabulous feature in any garden, providing a contemporary wooden alternative to the traditional pond thanks to its unique hexagonal shape and integral seat benches.
A timber fish pond that not only looks fantastic, but is much safer than an in-ground pond which makes it perfect for families with children or pets. This pond has a capacity of up to 50 gallons of water and is suitable for holding small and medium-sized fish. Three integral seat benches on the top of the pool are included, letting you sit and admire your fish as you please.
Assembly takes approximately 30 minutes or less and there's no digging or plumbing required - you simply slot together the wooden side pieces that are made from pressure-treated timber, fix the included PVC liner in place and subsequently attach the 3 seats. You'll then have a super pond that's very accessible for everyone to sit around and enjoy.
Extra interest can be added by installing a fountain filter pump before introducing a selection of fish. Lights can also be placed in the pond, making it an attraction that also comes alive in the evening. All of the timber is sourced from sustainable European forests and the pool comes with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee.

Base Preparation
Norlog ponds do not come with a base and are designed for the liner to hang inside. To ensure that the included liner does not grind or wear on anything sharp on the floor, we recommended layering a blanket of sand underneath your pool on the inside. Alternatively, you may use a piece of redundant carpet, a rug or a mat cut down to size to cushion the liner and act as a barrier between the bottom of the liner and the ground, thus ensuring maximum durability and life span of your pool.
Note: Our customers are very inventive and creative and are very kindly sending in their photos of our ponds in different settings, with additional accessories and set in themed gardens with ornaments and water features etc. Hopefully, we will continue to receive more customer images that will add to these ideas so it's only fair we state that none of these additions come with our standard Norlog pond range even though they are featured in our image bank for everyone to see. And, of course, we want to thank our customers for allowing us to use their images.

Optional Fountain Water Pump Accessory
Please note, the "Fountain Water Pump" accessories come complete with a 10-metre cable and are designed to be connected to a weather-protected plug socket, either inside the home or within an outdoor socket box.
These pumps do not come with a 3-pin UK plug as standard so that they can be hardwired directly. Otherwise, a 3-pin plug will need to be attached.
