What pump does the pond come with? I notice the recommended pump is £169.99 (Bio Press 4000).

Do you stock a solar pump suitable for this pool and do I also require a filter?

I saw your reply to the gentleman asking about the solar power pump. I would need one of those plus the 'filter' and the solar pump. What set up would be best for locating on a patio with koi carp and a little fountain. Is it possible for it to be fitted with a lower pond for the fish to swim up and down?

Dear Mrs Wells Thank you for your question. We are sorry to say this is too small for koi carp, you can however use this pool to keep goldfish and other smaller fish. Intalogs do make a version for keeping koi but the liner has to be sunk down below ground level. I'm not certain what is meant by a lower pond so couldn't advise without more details. Would it be ok to paint the wooden frame with Cuprinol Ducksback shed and fence paint that's intended for rough sawn timber? Has the wood a rough or smooth finish?
