Norlog 60 Gallon Rectangular Pond

No excavation is required to install this pond as it is designed to sit above ground, which not only enables a quick and easy assembly process (which should take less than 30 minutes) but also makes it a much safer option than above-ground ponds for families with children or pets. Simply slot the log-style timber slats together, insert the thick PVC liner that has handles that hook discretely around the top sections of the timber and enjoy!

It's up to you whether the pool becomes an easily accessible wildlife haven or an attractive ornamental fish pond. An optional filter pump or fountain can be added from the list of options below. We recommend also purchasing a set of lights so that the pond can be enjoyed in the evening.

For added peace of mind, all of the timber used has been pressure treated against rot and is backed by a 10-year guarantee.

Base Preparation
Norlog ponds do not come with a base and are designed for the liner to hang inside. To ensure that the included liner does not grind or wear on anything sharp on the floor, we recommended layering a blanket of sand underneath your pool on the inside. Alternatively, you may use a piece of redundant carpet, a rug or a mat cut down to size to cushion the liner and act as a barrier between the bottom of the liner and the ground, thus ensuring maximum durability and life span of your pool.

Note: Our customers are very inventive and creative and are very kindly sending in their photos of our ponds in different settings, with additional accessories and set in themed gardens with ornaments and water features etc. Hopefully, we will continue to receive more customer images that will add to these ideas so it's only fair we state that none of these additions come with our standard Norlog pond range even though they are featured in our image bank for everyone to see.
