Description
Stylishly cool and designed to provide shade from the summer heat or perhaps shelter if sunshine turns to rain, the Rowlinson Florence 3x3 Canopy is a contemporary feature for a modern garden.
Above you, the four independently sliding panels are designed to be easily adjusted according to the weather conditions and the open slatted back will allow through a pleasant breeze together with extra light.
This solidly built structure is freestanding and made from top quality aluminium which has a durable gunmetal grey powder coating to prevent corrosion and complete the canopy's stunning appearance.
Please note: Accessories are shown for illustration purposes and are not included. This product is supplied in flat pack form including all fixtures and fittings. Replacement canopies are available but fabrics, sizes and variable stock levels mean it is best to e-mail us separately for you requirements including your order number.
Important Information
Please ensure that the canopy is erected on a stable, level and sturdy surface. Ideally, the canopy should be fixed to a level concrete patio base using appropriate fixings. If the canopy is to stand on grass, it is important that the canopy is level in order to ensure a smooth retracting mechanism, and the canopy should be secured into place using fixing pegs (supplied). When erecting the canopy frame, judgement should be used to determine the most appropriate fixing component to attach the metal plates to the exterior wall, bearing in mind the strength and condition of the wall. If deemed so appropriate, substitute the included wall fixing.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 7 working days. Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland, and note that delivery times may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Is this canopy waterproof?
We Replied:Dear Glenn Thank you for your question. We do not advertise this item as waterproof as it is a weave fabric, and high volumes/a build-up of water on top could possibly start to come through the fabric. We advertise this as weatherproof, which means it will hold up in adverse weather conditions (not rip or tear etc.) but it is not classed as waterproof. Are you able to take the roof off without dismantling the roof? Ie - pull it out in the winter and slot it back in in the summer?
We Replied:Dear Calvina, Thank you for your question. The shade panels are the last parts to be fitted when assembling the canopy, so they are the first to come out. The roof does not need to be dismantled in order to remove them, and to refit them they can be slotted back in.
