Description
Manufactured from high quality powder coated aluminium, the Latina is a superb free standing canopy that offers protection from both sun and rain.
Relax under the canopy, which can be retracted using a cord and pulley system, perhaps dining with friends on a sultry Sunday afternoon, shaded from the intense midday sun.
Of course perfect weather cannot be guaranteed during the British summer, so the canopy will also shelter you from any passing showers.
The finish is powder coated gun metal while the retractable canopy, under stylish rafters, is grey coloured polyester that can be removed for winter storage.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 7 working days. Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland, and note that delivery times may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Very pleased with the item but a few initial issues.
Overall very pleased with this item however there were a few issues. First on unwrapping the well packed parts, one of the legs was found to have a few scratches back to bear metal and the base of the leg was not square so had to be bent back to take the foot. Also one of the canopy runners had to be filed out to take the tube. I also had a problem inserting the tubes to take the canopy on one side as I had to erect it In situ adjacent to a conservatory this also means removing the canopy for winter will be too difficult. These issues are minor however and generally the item is of very good quality and looks great on our patio.

Latina Canopy
Very pleased with end product. The assembly was straight forward although the instructions were difficult to interprete. There were 6 15mm bolts missing but these were obtained locally.

Worth the effort!
Really pleased with quality despite the fact some of the pieces were hard to slot together as unfinished material around screw holes caused my husband to cut his finger. Instructions are sketchy to say the least, took some time to assemble because of this & suggest pieces should be numbered against checklist & stickers added to denote. Overall though v. pleased, very sturdy, screwed easily into our decking. Looking forward to some decent weather now so it can be put to good use!

Didn't really know what to expect, as I never do from the internet, but I was very pleased that it was all I had expected, in fact I'm thinking of buying another one.

We Replied:Dear Daniel Thank you for your question. The width between the uprights internally is 248cm (8ft 2ins). Each post is around 10cm (4ins) thick, so dimensions from the outside post to the opposite outside post is 263cm (8ft 8ins). I'd like this pergola to be fixed to a concrete patio, only having to remove the canopy at winter and when weather requires it. Is it suitable for permanently fixing to a concrete patio, and if so, does it come with the necessary fixings? (Or can a set be purchased or recommended by yourselves?)
We Replied:Dear Carla Jones-Gadd, Thank you for your question. The canopy comes complete with anchor feet on each of the four posts. For placing onto grass, it can be anchored with the included soft-ground pegs, anchoring the feet to the soft ground such as grass. The anchor feet can also be and are highly recommended to be bolted down to a hard standing surface such as a concrete area, patio bricks, or decking. Although, anchor bolts for these types are not included as they would differ depending on the material that the canopy is being anchored to. However, anchor bolts for concrete/patio bricks can be found at all major hardware stores. Unfortunately, they are not something which we can supply ourselves along with the canopy.
