Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland
For smaller items, we may be able to deliver to areas classed as 'Highlands' at a small extra charge. This includes but isn't limited to: AB, IV, KW, PA36, PA38-40, PH17-26, PH30-41.
If Highlands delivery is available on the product, you'll see a delivery option on the product page which can be selected at a small extra cost.
For larger items, unfortunately, we cannot deliver these to areas classed as 'Highlands' due to carrier restrictions. If there is no ‘with Bespoke Scottish Highlands Delivery’ option on the product page, then unfortunately we're unable to deliver that specific product to the ‘Highlands’ areas.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver any Zest branded products to any other postcodes not listed, nor to any offshore islands including Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, IOW, IOM or any other country.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for most in-stock products (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance).
For larger products, such as gazebos, pavilions, shelters and any other large structures, delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Assembly
All Zest products are sold as self-assembly unless otherwise stated. Products may require the use of a drill and drill bits to pre-drill the screw holes before construction.

Value for money garden arbour
Very pleased with this product which is very solid, strong and has a good appearance. I managed to erect it myself but it was a struggle it is a two man job. I would recommend the product to anyone. Delivery service quick and driver helpful. The three cartons were very heavy but he carried them up my drive and placed them in my garage for me.

Thrilled with our Purchase
Delivery promtly and without damage, good start. It could have been pre-drilled so with that in mind electric or powered screw driver suggested, made it a slow construction. 2 person job without question, this is a heavy bit of kit. Once finished we are thrilled looks great purchased a waterproof seat pad elsewhere, as choices a bit boring. Would fully rate this product.

Worth The Money
I was surprised how solid it was and put it together myself with two cordless drills one with a pilot bit and the other with a screw bit ,I carefully laid it and put the sides on then slowly set square and upright enabling me to continue the front seat and then complete the upper sections to finally carefully seat the roof on top and fix down then with an extra piece of timber I reinforced the inside centre of the roof apex giving it a bit more strength and then coated he outside with a Ronseal coloured timber paint and coated the roof with "Black Magic" and all in all I am quite pleased .
