Excellent service and good product.
Excellent delivery as specified with very helpful delivery drivers. Product is good for the price and was simple enough to assemble but you could see where they have saved money. However, once built, it looks good. I painted all parts before constructing as I was using two colours, this was definitely worthwhile. Overall would recommend.

Great service and arbour now in place
I had been intending to design and build my own arbour, but never quite got around to it! The Rowlinson Tenbury Arbour was the closest to the design I'd planned, but at half the cost of the materials I was going to use. Rather than delay any longer, I decided to compromise on a pre-built one, but with the expectation that the quality wouldn't be anywhere near as good. When I saw the arbour in the delivery van, I was pleasantly surprised with the appearance. It came in 4 (reasonably) easy to carry packages, which was just as well because there was only one delivery man! On inspection, I found the brackets, screws, finials and roof cover strip to be missing. However, a quick phone call sorted it out and the parts arrived several days later. Assembly was relatively easy by following the instructions carefully. I took the advice of an earlier reviewer and pre-drilled all holes, so I didn't get any splits. The back panel had a spilt on one corner and I repaired it as best I could. Really I should have asked for a replacement, but I didn't notice it until after reporting the missing parts, so I decided to fit it towards the bottom, out of sight and I don't really notice it. The roof cover strip was also too short to cover the full width of the roof, so I had to improvise with duck tape, although I doubt I'd ever use the arbour in the rain anyway! I didn't have any help and was able to construct it entirely alone, although the roof was tricky to lift into position! The most difficult part was marking and drilling the holes for the roof brackets and trying to tighten the final screws with very little hand room to work in. Other than that, all went smoothly and the arbour serves the purpose intended. Had we been planning to stay here for longer I would definitely have spent another £200 - £300 for a better quality arbour, but for the price this one does the job and will hopefully last until we move. I definitely won't be going to the trouble of dismantling it and taking it with us, though!

An attractive addition to a garden providing a great focal point. This purchase is a replacement for an identical seat bought about 15 years ago - which is the life one might expect with minimal maintenance and retreating.

Attractive Tenbury Arbour
Well organised speedy delivery only to be marred by very impatient delivery men. The whole package had to be completely separated into parts before finding the crucial screws and brackets. Good quality sections, however, two sections required minor repairs (manufacturing faults) which I took time to rectify myself rather than wait and return such large sections. Marks indicating the exact position of the brackets would have helped assembly. Now it is oiled and the seat varnished I am very pleased with end result, it looks great in the sun trap on my patio.
