We offer fast and free delivery of this product within mainland England, Wales and Southern parts of Scotland.
Areas classed as Northern Scotland or Highlands by the courier, as well as Isle of Wight will incur a small delivery surcharge if we're able to deliver the item.
If delivery is available on the product to one of these non-standard areas, you'll see a delivery option on the product page which can be selected at a small extra cost. For larger items, such as shelters and gazebos, unfortunately, we cannot deliver these to areas outside of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland due to carrier restrictions. If there is no delivery surcharge option on the product page, then unfortunately we're unable to deliver that specific product to non-standard areas.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 7 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance) for most in-stock products.
For larger products, such as gazebos, pavilions, shelters and any other large structures, delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Assembly
All Zest products are sold as self-assembly unless otherwise stated. Products may require the use of a drill and drill bits to pre-drill the screw holes before construction.

Dorset Garden Arbour
Probably a bit too early for me to review 100% but took delivery of the first consignment, upon inspection, 2 of the 3 packages were damaged, once opened up, quite extensive damage such that I had to arrange a return and complete replacement. Have to say that Susie in your customer service was most helpful and prompt with her actions - a pleasure to deal with in such circumstances! New delivery arrived within a few days and started to assemble, looks a decent quality, heavy when assembled and sturdy enough for our garden. Some slight confusion surrounding the wording in the assembly manual on pre-drilled holes (you need to complete all of these yourselves) the only other thing I would add is that the various panels seemed damp/wet and when trying to assemble the swollen wood meant they didn't necessarily all align as accurate as I would have liked but dried out in couple fo days and no major problems as a result! All in all look goods, value for money with offer and would recommend and buy again from your store (albeit this was shipped direct from the manufacturer).

If you are thinking about a Dorset Arbour then I can tell you can buy this product with great confidence. If you take your time to read the instructions, plan the job out and read the instructions again you will make a lovely job of putting it together and finished job will be very good. I like the way the product is designed. I like how easy it is to put up. I like that you get all the aftersales support that you need. A great product and a great company to deal with. Good product
Was advised delivery date so stayed in.. it didn't turn up and could not get hold of Tuffnells. Advised it would arrive the next day and it did. The arbour took my husband just over an hour to put together, there were no pre drilled holes(as stated in the instructions) and there was one piece of broken wood however as everything was unpacked, we saw no point in making a fuss so hubby screwed the broken piece of wood and carried on with the build. We also purchased the cushion which had not arrived so called customer services who were very helpful, apologised and sent one the same day. The arbour looks lovely and I'm pleased with how much we paid as looking on line the prices vary greatly.

Dorset Garden Arbour
I agree with previous reviewers that the instructions could have been more clear. Also the front panel was a little split (I would imagine some rough treatment in transit) but I glued and nailed it. I would find it hard to believe that the box is completely waterproof - I lined mine with thick polythene and it certainly is now. All that said, it is a fine-looking piece of garden furniture and the seat is surprisingly comfortable.
