Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland
We offer fast and free delivery of this product within mainland England, Wales and Southern parts of Scotland.
Areas classed as Northern Scotland or Highlands by the courier, as well as Isle of Wight will incur a small delivery surcharge if we're able to deliver the item.
If delivery is available on the product to one of these non-standard areas, you'll see a delivery option on the product page which can be selected at a small extra cost. For larger items, such as shelters and gazebos, unfortunately, we cannot deliver these to areas outside of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland due to carrier restrictions. If there is no delivery surcharge option on the product page, then unfortunately we're unable to deliver that specific product to non-standard areas.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 7 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance) for most in-stock products.
For larger products, such as gazebos, pavilions, shelters and any other large structures, delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Assembly
All Zest products are sold as self-assembly unless otherwise stated. Products may require the use of a drill and drill bits to pre-drill the screw holes before construction.

Good value for money
This arch is a good quality product and building took longer than suggested, the instructions were confusing meaning the legs were put on the wrong way around causing one of them to split at the top which had to be repaired by me before building could continue. Some of the screws were too long and came through the back of the timber, Finished product looks good.

Cambrian Arch looks a treat in garden
As having previously purchased a Garden Arbour, I knew delivery would be great, but that the instructions would not be of a high standard, but the product would be good, and it is, although time taken to construct is longer than suggested. The only thing I was really disappointed about was that the screws supplied to fix the uprights to the arch were too long and went right through and stick out the other side, and this dangerous, unless screws cut down.

Good looking arch
Like other reviewers I think the instructions leave a bit to be desired. This arch was to replace one that had rotted, the problem being the ground height was different on both sides of the path. Some measurements would have been useful to enable construction away from site. Few hours work for us but worth it in the end.

Lovely arch but usless instructions
Overall, the quality is excellent (for the price) and the arch once put together is quite sturdy, My grouse is with the instructions, there are none!!! It is like doing a jigsaw... only a picture to work from with no pre-drilled holes or measurements to guide you to positioning of the components. I managed to build it easily enough but had I not been an engineer in may past life, this could have been a little tricky to build. That said, we like it and it looks good too. I used adjustable ground spikes that bolt together which helped as the main uprights are basically 3 x 2 timbers. As for GardenSite... great service and fast delivery and I would certainly use them for future purchases.
