Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland
We offer fast and free delivery of this product within mainland England, Wales and Southern parts of Scotland.
Areas classed as Northern Scotland or Highlands by the courier, as well as Isle of Wight will incur a small delivery surcharge if we're able to deliver the item.
If delivery is available on the product to one of these non-standard areas, you'll see a delivery option on the product page which can be selected at a small extra cost. For larger items, such as shelters and gazebos, unfortunately, we cannot deliver these to areas outside of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland due to carrier restrictions. Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 7 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance) for most in-stock products.
For larger products, such as gazebos, pavilions, shelters and any other large structures, delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Assembly
All Zest products are sold as self-assembly unless otherwise stated. Products may require the use of a drill and drill bits to pre-drill the screw holes before construction.

Zen arch good buy.
Easy to order, very good delivery service, fairly easy to assemble although a few extra screws would be better with the longer screws being slightly longer and the short screws being slightly shorter, otherwise good quality and a fair price.

Nice looking archway
Very happy with the value for money and with how the arch looks now it's up. Delivery was quick and efficient too. Not the easiest thing to construct, even with two people, but doable. The screws sent with the arch weren't correct and had to be supplemented with a few of my own. I bought the fixing kit and I would say that the arch would struggle to stay standing without it, unless you sunk it into the ground quite deep. With the fixings it feels pretty sturdy. Overall I'm very happy with it, as it did represent good value for money.

Excellent Product
This is an attractive addition to any garden. The arch is robust enough to stand up to the harsh weather we have here in Cumbria, (as long as fixed into the ground properly). It's straightforward to assemble and I've been very pleased with mine. Hence this is the second one I have ordered.

Excellent product!
Purchased our first Cambrian arch a few weeks ago, and based on the quality and style, purchased another one for a different part of the garden. Product arrived well packaged but very limited instructions, so it was a guessing game on how to erect it. The second arch however, came with full instructions which were easy to follow and very useful. The arch itself is very sturdy and of a suitable size that can be adapted according to the width you require. It looks far more expensive than it was which is something we were concerned about owing to the price. Although it is pressure treated, we added further protection by using oil on it. This has made it a wonderful rich, golden colour and has brought the grain of the wood out. The only negative is the side panels and adding these. The instructions suggest you screw them in at an angle, but we purchased longer screws and screwed them in from the side. This made the job neater and the panels much sturdier. A must have arch for any garden and the level of service from ordering to delivery was an added bonus.

Good value for money
This arch is a good quality product and building took longer than suggested, the instructions were confusing meaning the legs were put on the wrong way around causing one of them to split at the top which had to be repaired by me before building could continue. Some of the screws were too long and came through the back of the timber, Finished product looks good.
