Description
Distinctively and innovatively designed to be an outstanding garden building, the 12 x 6ft Pent Summer Shed from Total Store is both practical and versatile, a hybrid that can be used for different purposes throughout the year.
A relaxing summerhouse where you can spend many leisure hours or a traditional shed that can be used for storage or perhaps as a hobby room, it's a hybrid structure that's robustly built from super quality Swedish redwood. Pressure-treated to increase its enviable natural characteristics, this is a very durable and rot-resistant timber.
Shiplap tongue & groove cladding weatherproofs the summer shed, the roof is similarly sturdy and is protected by high-quality green bitumen mineral felt. 18mm floorboards indicate the strength of the shed as does 38 x 50mm framing and double post corners.
The interior is therefore spacious, dry and full of potential after you enter through double doors that open wide. Particularly important is the light that flows through windows glazed with horticultural glass.
There are elevation bearers to encourage airflow under the building and the doors are fitted with bright zinc plated 10-inch hinges and a Brenton pad bolt that is galvanized to prevent rust. Although purely decorative, smart planting boxes are a lovely addition to each window.
This may be a substantial structure but, because it arrives in easy build sections, assembly is designed to be as uncomplicated as possible and the shed will be quickly in place with the option of a pressure treated base frame if it is located on a flat surface.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
Delivery is usually within 3 - 5 working days to mainland UK areas, but may be slightly longer to Scotland due to the additional delivery distance.
Unfortunately, we can't ship this product range to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or Offshore Islands.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered via a pallet delivery network, usually completed on larger lorries which can get to most places, typically a 7.5 or 15-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large bulky nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location, such as on a driveway or front garden. The delivery driver(s) will not unpack or carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. Once you are happy and can confirm there is no damage to the delivery, you may be asked to sign for the delivery to confirm that everything is satisfactory. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
