Description
Crafted from sustainably-sourced timber grown right here in the UK, the Forest 6 x 8 ft overlap double door shed with lean to is premium in build, boasting a 12mm solid timber floor, double-Z frame door and 30% thicker framing than that found on most wooden sheds.
Furthermore, you will also find 7mm straight-cut boards which overlap to provide breathing room when it comes to timber movement, a natural occurrence that takes place with the change of seasons. The generous overlap is also great for effective water drainage, providing an optimal 'runoff' pathway for rainwater after a downpour.
The entire shed has been pressure-treated, meaning follow-up preservative treatments will never be needed. What's more, it's backed by a 25 year anti-rot guarantee for peace of mind.
The lean-to section of this garden building is great for storing items that need to be undercover but do not necessarily need to be kept inside. Alternatively, why not use it as a log store for firewood? Keeping your logs outdoors helps the air to penetrate them and draw any moisture out over time, meaning they will burn better when eventually used.
On the topic of the lean-to section, did you know that this can be constructed on either side of the shed? This building is modular and adaptable in configuration, meaning panels of the same size can be interchanged as you please, which is great for those with garden space limitations or restrictions.

If you have a concrete, slabbed or patio area prepared already, and wish to not heighten your new Forest structure off the ground, then it can be installed straight on top of your already prepared area, without the need for a base frame.

We offer fast and free delivery within mainland UK on our Forest sheds.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for the majority of mainland UK locations (exclusions apply - see below for details). Delivery times may be extended during busy times of the year depending on the availability of delivery vehicles.
For the majority of mainland UK locations, Forest products are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer. In this instance you will receive a message by phone or email with details to manually book in a chosen delivery date.
For limited areas of south east England, limited areas of the south west England, and Scotland, Forest products are delivered by a third party carrier. In this instance, the delivery timeframe will be extended due to the additional travel distance, and the carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery date once your order is ready at their delivery centre.

Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed within 1 - 2 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.
Unfortunately, installation is not available to the following postcodes: BT1-BT99, GY1-GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IV41-IV56, JE1-JE5, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PO30-PO41, PO49, TR21-TR25.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
