Description
The Napoleon phantom prestige 500 gas bbq grill offers you the complete outdoor cooking experience, all whilst looking modernly stunning with its dark, matt black finish.
This stylish outdoor gas grill comes with 4 premium tubular stainless steel main burners, a rear rotisserie burner and an infrared side burner all of which are high-performing and will reliably ignite, no matter the weather, with the innovative Jetfire™' ignition system, which is exclusive to Napoleon. This leaves you with a variety of grilling styles to suit your preference. Further, the controls will ignite when in use, allowing you to cook well into the evening.
The large cooking area comprises cast stainless steel Wave™ cooking grids which aside from leaving a stylish grill mark serve to evenly distribute the heat whilst stopping smaller food items from falling through. Beneath the grills are stainless steel sear plates which will further evenly distribute the heat and will enhance the flavour of your food by vaporising any drips which in turn also saves on maintenance.
The bbq unit itself is mounted onto a matt-black cabinet trolley complete with 2 stainless steel side shelves, one of which houses the infrared side burner and the other comes with tool hooks and is foldable to save space when it comes to storage. Behind the doors, you'll find ample space for storage as well as a propane gas tank ring for reliable storage of a gas bottle (not included). The trolley is mounted onto high-quality, lockable castor wheels for a portable bbq solution that'll make you the envy of friends and family alike.

Unfortunately, we can't deliver this product range to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Offshore Islands or any other country due to gas regulations.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
