Description

The Napoleon prestige 500 gas bbq grill is a great package, a portable trolley-based outdoor bbq that gives you the capability to cook in no less than eight different ways.

Built from hard wearing stylish stainless steel and powered by either liquefied or natural gas, you can easily cook a complete meal by taking advantage of four main burners, an infrared rear and side burners. There are many intelligent innovations including Wave™ rod cooking grids and seven staggered stainless steel sear plates that collect juices so they vapourize and add add flavour. This process also prevents the build up of food debris and flaring.

Side shelves feature an integrated towel bar or condiment holder as well as the infrared Sizzle Zone™ side burner that heats very quickly to nearly 1,800°F for perfect searing. The powerful rear burner with an optional rotisserie will grill more high quality food. Roasting and baking are possible due to the innovative lid and hood design, and a smoker grill can be created by filling the optional Smoker Tube with wood chips, filling the air with traditional charcoal aroma. Such a superb all-rounder, this is a classy barbecue grill that produces terrific food all day long, utilising an array of features that prove their worth time after time.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Hot Stuff

The Good: Setting up the BBQ was pretty easy, the main BBQ area is mostly pre-assembled and the rest of the trolley etc went together easily. It is capable of hitting high cooking temperatures pretty quickly. Napoleon offer a great warranty. The Bad: It isn't 100% stainless steel, there were a few parts that look like they are but with plastic with a chrome effect finish. But the parts that weren't stainless steel are only cosmetic. Haven't had enough good British weather to try it out much!

Great Stuff

Took some time to decide what colour to go with but went with the Blue top in the end as it looks more unique compared to every other bbq out there. Delivered on the date specified by delivery company and set it up by myself. Tested it out the same day as I couldn't wait and just used some frozen burgers... can't wait to try some fresh burgers and steaks on this as it cooks great!
