Alan Orchard Asked:
Is this a genuine Oase pump as it looks different to the Promax 20000 pump it is replacing? (I.e no metal housing or electronic parts on the back).
We Replied:
Dear Alan
Thank you for your question.
This is a genuine Oase spare pump, please note this is only one part of a Promax pump not a stand alone pump.

Malcolm Steele Asked:
I think the impeller bearings have gone on my Oase Promax 20000 pump, the pump will sometimes not start up. If you give the impeller a turn with your finger you can feel roughness in the rotation, is it possible to buy an impeller for this pump ?
We Replied:
Dear Malcolm
Thank you for your question.
We are unable to source the impellers as a spare part, so in this case a replacement pump is required.

Mark Stuart-Collins Asked:
My Oase Promax 20000 has stopped working. Every time I attempt to start it, it simply trips the switch. There is power all the way to the pump, so it is not the fuse on the plug. What do I need to do to resolve the problem?
We Replied:
Dear Mark
Thank you for your question.
With these systems there isn't much other than the pumps that can go wrong. I would think that one of your pumps have developed a fault, leading the system to trip. I do not know of a specialist Oase repair service, so unfortunately you will probably need a new pump.
