This delivery was part of an order to include other items. They were very well packed and arrived in excellent condition
After removing and cleaning my EasyClear 3000 pump I put it back into the pond and now it's stopped working. I have checked the fuse and the connections and all seems to be ok, have you any suggestions?
We Replied:Dear Stuart Thank you for your question. We would suggest doing whatever you did to the filter in reverse and see if any parts are missing.
