Description
This Norlog 25 Gallon Flatback Pond is specifically designed to be located against a wall or fence, making it ideal for those with small gardens or limited space.
Incredibly easy to install, the wooden slats simply slot together in a uniform fashion to ensure an efficient and stress-free assembly process.
All of the timber used for this 25 gallon pond is sustainably sourced from well-managed European forests - the slats are pressure-treated for longevity and a thick PVC pond liner is included as standard which holds the water safely above the ground, eliminating the need to dig out a trench or ditch.
After the seat is screwed in place, you'll have an accessible pond that can either be used as a wildlife haven or an ornamental fish pond which is suitable for holding up to 5 small fish. If you choose the latter, we would strongly recommend purchasing the accompanying fountain filter and pump kit to ensure an oxygenated and healthy pond.
Complete with a 10-year guarantee against rot, you can be safe in the knowledge that your pond will serve you well and provide you with much aquatic enjoyment for many years to come.

Base Preparation
Norlog ponds do not come with a base and are designed for the liner to hang inside. To ensure that the included liner does not grind or wear on anything sharp on the floor, we recommended layering a blanket of sand underneath your pool on the inside. Alternatively, you may use a piece of redundant carpet, a rug or a mat cut down to size to cushion the liner and act as a barrier between the bottom of the liner and the ground, thus ensuring maximum durability and life span of your pool.
Note: Our customers are very inventive and creative and are very kindly sending in their photos of our ponds in different settings, with additional accessories and set in themed gardens with ornaments and water features etc. Hopefully, we will continue to receive more customer images that will add to these ideas so it's only fair we state that none of these additions come with our standard Norlog pond range even though they are featured in our image bank for everyone to see. And, of course, we want to thank our customers for allowing us to use their images.

Please note, the "Fountain Water Pump" accessories come complete with a 10-metre cable and are designed to be connected to a weather-protected plug socket, either inside the home or within an outdoor socket box.
These pumps do not come with a 3-pin UK plug as standard so that they can be hardwired directly. Otherwise, a 3-pin plug will need to be attached.

A perfect patio pond
I had looked long and hard for a small pond that would not overwhelm our patio, most seem to have poor reviews especially for the difficulty in making the liner fit, but also for hard to understand instructions. This one looked lovely on the website and is absolutely perfect in real life. The delivery was as indicated when I ordered, the pond was easy to assemble and the liner is super - it is custom made for the pond and slips in perfectly.

Excellent product
I'm delighted with the pond. Larger water surface than I had imagined and the goldfish and plants look great in it. I've only given 3 stars for delivery because I had asked that the delivery be left in a specific place. This was not done which resulted in me having to visit a chiropractor!!
