Description
The Halls Magnum 8ft by 14ft black-framed greenhouse boasts over 37 square feet of growing space inside its huge growing area while offering the ideal environment for your budding plants to thrive inside.
This greenhouse model is the newest in the range and is finished in a modern black colour finish. Not only does the black colour option give the greenhouse a stylish look, but as it's powder-coated, it adds an additional layer of protection against weathering and corrosion.
As well as being the biggest size within the range, the Magnum black 8ft x 14ft greenhouse isn't only 'Magnum' in size, but also in strength. It features a durable aluminium framework which has been reinforced with cast iron joint supports, offering additional stability for added peace of mind.
As standard, with this black Magnum greenhouse, you'll find a host of features including double sliding doors for easy access, four roof vents that can be open and closed as and when needed for added ventilation and integral guttering along both sides which can be used to capture fallen rainwater.

Long pane 3mm toughened glass is a lot stronger, and more durable than standard horticultural glass. In the rare event of it shattering, it breaks into safer smaller pieces. It is also neater and needs less maintenance as no overlapping glass means there is no algae build up and no Z clips to fit.

Polycarbonate is a virtually unbreakable material, better described as being a highly durable, 6mm thick twin-wall, opaque coloured plastic glaze rather than actual glass. All greenhouses need to be fitted onto a secure base. This can be achieved by using an official Halls branded metal base plinth to give the greenhouse added strength and height. Alternatively you can build a brick base to fit your greenhouse size if you prefer.

Installation Services
with Greenhouse Installation
We can arrange to have your Halls Greenhouse, plus any other Halls accessories you purchase together.
Available to domestic addresses only (no allotments) within mainland England. But excludes Wales, Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands. Installation is normally completed within 6 - 12 weeks after the delivery of your greenhouse.
Note: A base plinth MUST be purchased above for installation services to be valid. The installers will not complete the installation without a matching base plinth. Please find our Halls Installation Terms and Preparation Checklist here.

Delivery Information
Delivery Timeframes & Charges
Delivery is normally within 20 working days (4 weeks) to mainland England and Wales areas.
Delivery is normally within 30 working days (6 weeks) to Scotland and Offshore Isles/Islands.
Delivery is normally within 40 working days (8 weeks) to Northern Ireland due to the extra distance and carriage logistics.
Delivery charges can be found under the “Delivery Services” options above. Unfortunately, delivery to; Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland will incur a higher delivery charge due to the additional logistics of sending a greenhouse, and the extra distance required by the delivery carrier.
Unfortunately, we can't ship this product range to the Republic of Ireland.
For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Services
Installation services may be available on some greenhouse products and is limited to domestic addresses only (no allotments) within mainland England and Wales, but excludes Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands. Installation is normally completed within 6 - 12 weeks after the successful delivery of your greenhouse. The greenhouse will need to be stored in a safe and dry location during the interim period. Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

We Replied:Dear Gary Thank you for your question. Yes, the base plinth comes with a ground spike for each corner which can be inserted into soft ground to anchor the greenhouse. However, we would only recommend installing a greenhouse on soil or grass which is not prone to getting waterlogged.
