Description

The Olympian 12x26 Anthracite Metal Garage has the same high build quality and specifications as others in the range with an impressive list of features as standard.

Manufactured with hot-dipped galvanized steel, the garage is maintenance free with a powder coated finish, so won't rust, crack or warp during its long life.

The large main door just rolls up and over to reveal an impressively sized interior with vented gables. Due to the high apex roof, there's plenty of room for a family car, plus space for extra storage.

A heavy metal framework means that the garage is very sturdy, so you have a garage that is secure, substantial and also easy to access through the pedestrian side door.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Installation Service
Our installation service is applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

An excellent garage with detailed instructions

Only a couple of niggles: the front door has to be opened from the inside because that's where the bolt is. But the handles are on the outside. A second pair of handles would resolve that. The fitting that the cable goes over (for the counter weight) isn't adequately robust and has bent. I've made an extra bracket. Instructions are superb.

Spacious and looks good

Didn't know whether to go for anthracite or green, went for the former and I'm very pleased with the appearance. The roll up door is a useful feature and the side door goes straight into my garden, so access really is good. Spacious inside, room enough for my wood turning lathe and Land Rover, so no complaints.

Lots of Storage at the Right Price

The roll over front door makes it easy to open and close. A very large garage that needs a substantial hard standing base as you might expect. Not difficult to install once you understand how the panels are attached to the frame. An electric screwdriver is essential as is a second pair of hands and a little patience. Overall a great product which is super value for money.... but take your time making sure you follow the instructions.

When the Emerald Olympian Metal Garage is screwed down on a concrete base, how do the bottom edges seal from water penetration, does it require sealing?

We Replied:

Dear John Thank you for your question. Putting a flat metal rail down onto a concrete base means there are always going to be slight gaps that will allow water to ingress. You can either accept this or you can seal around the outside edges and the inside edges with a clear silicon sealant that is designated water proof.
