Do you sell the foundation kit for the Yardmaster 9ft 10in x 17ft 2in? If so how much would it cost?

Unfortunately, we do not supply a foundation kit for this product as these garages, especially if used as a garage for a vehicle, will need to be erected on a hard surface such as a concrete base, to take the weight of the vehicle. However, a free Anchor Bolt Kit is supplied as standard which is used to bolt down the garage to suitable solid ground. The concrete base on which the proposed 1017 garage is to stand is much larger than the garage. Would this be any problem with the anchor fixing brackets/bolts i.e. the brackets don't have to fit over the edge of the concrete base? Can a date be specified over the normal 2 weeks delivery period eg Friday 27th May?

Do you have this garage on display? Also we would like to position it against a boundary fence, could it be built from the inside as we have no access from the boundary side?

Dear Julie Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we don't have the garage on display at our garden centre due to its size. We have a selection of sheds, but no garages I'm afraid. In regards to installing the garage, for health and safety reasons we have to advise that a gap of at least 3 feet is needed on each side when installing a metal shed, and so with this garage you may need even more space than this due to moving the panels around into place and having access to bolt/screw them into place. Thanks for the quick response to last question. If some slush is bound to get into the garage during the winter, is there any form of drainage? Is there no seal between garage and ground? Could this dampness cause condensation?

Dear Colin Thank you for your question. There is no form of drainage that comes with this garage therefore any drainage system would have to be purchased separately and there is no seal between the garage and the ground. Should your car be wet when parked into the locked garage this will introduce moisture and could also cause condensation. We would recommend either mopping up the slush or installing a drain into the floor of the garage.
