Supplied in a 1 Litre can ready to apply.

How To Use Anti Wasp:

Ensure that the Furniture and Wood is completely dry.
Using a lint-free cloth, apply a light coat of the solution.
Allow to dry for around 30 minutes.
Apply a 2nd coat using the same method.
Allow to dry fully before exposing the furniture to the elements.

Additional Product Warnings:

Contains Aliphatic Hydrocarbons.
Exposure can cause dry and cracked skin.

We are happy to advise delivery timeframes for bespoke fabric options on a case-by-case, simply contact us for a more accurate lead time with details of the product(s) and upholstery/cushion colour that you require.

Bespoke Product Procedure
Some products in this range, including but not limited too those with upholstery colour options on furniture, cushion colour options, engravings and inscriptions are made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore are exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Wasps gone after many summers of problems with them!

Applied with a cotton cloth. Two coats. Worried it was too late in the season to apply but wasps have gone and we can relax at last on the chairs! Weather rather bad since so we hope we are not being optimistic with the result! But at this point I highly recommend the product and the delivery and service to answer our questions..

Brilliant stuff

Delivered quickly but we had a very dented tin although the packaging was OK. I did 2 coats and I watched the wasps hovering over the furniture. They have had to go to another garden to finish their nest! Expensive product, and very dear p & p, but against the cost of ruining the furniture. Perfect!

Wasps away!

The Barlow Tyree wasp repellent did exactly what it said on the tin. The wasps were devouring our garden furniture but after one application of this amazing stuff the wasps disappeared.

I have Barlow Tyrie furniture that I want to clean and then treat with teak oil. However, I have noticed a myriad of wasps on the table, which I have never seen before. Do I clean and treat with teak oil and then Wasp Solution? or just clean?

We have been advised that it's always best to clean with warm soapy water and a scrubbing brush before applying any treatment, Make sure the table is completely dry, then use the Wasp Solution first. I have a new BarlowTyrie teak table. I have bought Colour Guard, Stain Guard and Anti-Wasp care products. I note that that you advise applying the colour guard before the stain guard. I also note that I should allow the table to weather for two weeks before applying the colour guard. When should I apply the anti-wasp, now or after applying the colour guard or the stain guard?

Dear Peter Thank you for your question. Untreated teak will weather to a soft silver grey patina. If you are happy for the teak table to weather in this way, then do not proceed with the colour guard. If you would prefer to retain the golden brown colour of new teak then proceed with the colour guard. If you are happy with a soft silver grey patina, then you can proceed to apply the teak stain guard. Regarding the anti wasp solution this should be applied last.
