From the one-touch ignition to the 'Easy-Flip' funnel system, the Outdoor Chef Chelsea 480 kettle BBQ comes with so many contemporary features that make it rank amongst the best gas kettle BBQs on the market today.
This is just what Mike Lingwood had in mind when he invented the gas kettle BBQ over 20 years ago. A simple yet effective BBQ that can cook in a variety of different ways, creating a healthy and varied BBQ culture.
The 'Easy-Flip' funnel system allows you to cook using indirect or direct heat. In the standard position, the funnel system ensures an even heat distribution across your food whilst preventing any grease fires as the burners are completely shielded. What's more, the drippings will either evaporate, enhancing the flavour of the food, or they will run down the porcelain-enamelled funnel into the drip tray beneath the kettle. This method of cooking negates the need to constantly turn your food, further, you can easily monitor the internal temperature using the built-in temperature gauge found on the black porcelain-enamelled hinged lid.
Conversely, switching the funnel system to the volcano position, as pictured, will allow you to cook at extremely high temperatures of up to 500°C using direct heat. This is perfect for accessories such as the wok, or for searing the perfect steak.
The large kettle comes on an extremely useful 3-legged stand that comes with 2 large rubberised wheels for easy movement and a tool holder for those cooking utensils.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.
We offer fast, free delivery within mainland England, Wales and southern parts of Scotland. (Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above.)
Mainland and upper Scotland areas (as deemed by the delivery carrier as above Glasgow/Edinburgh) and selected Offshore Isles will incur a separate delivery charge which can be found via the delivery options on the product page above.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book a convenient delivery date.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to this product's nature, BBQs will be delivered to the front of the property to the nearest location on a wooden pallet. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
