Description
When the founder of Outdoor Chef, Mike Lingwood, invented the gas kettle BBQ more than 20 years ago, he dreamt of making the BBQ a healthy and varied method of cooking up your favourite foods and the Outdoor Chef Ascona 570 Kettle Trolley BBQ certainly delivers on all fronts.
From low-heat simmering, medium-heat grilling to high-heat searing, the Ascona has you covered thanks to its dual-ring stainless steel burner system and 'Easy-Flip' funnel system.
This funnel system allows for sublime indirect cooking results without the need to turn the food during cooking thanks to the innovative Swiss design. It ensures a unique and even heat distribution over the food whilst vaporising fat drippings for both an enhanced flavour and a reduced risk of flare-ups. For direct cooking, simply switch the position of the funnel into the 'Volcano' position, as shown in the images, allowing the heat to concentrate at the top for temperatures up to 500°C, ideal for high-heat searing.
Positioning the BBQ is made easy thanks to the trolley which boasts 2 large rubberised wheels and height-adjustable feet. It also offers additional storage atop the included solid wooden shelf which matches the matt black finish of the trolley and BBQ. Maintaining the BBQ is also simple thanks to the funnel system and the included removable drip tray.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.
We offer fast, free delivery within mainland England, Wales and southern parts of Scotland. (Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above.)
Mainland and upper Scotland areas (as deemed by the delivery carrier as above Glasgow/Edinburgh) and selected Offshore Isles will incur a separate delivery charge which can be found via the delivery options on the product page above.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book a convenient delivery date.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to this product's nature, BBQs will be delivered to the front of the property to the nearest location on a wooden pallet. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
