Services: Installation
with Greenhouse Installation
We can arrange to have your Halls Greenhouse, plus any other Halls accessories you purchase together.
Available to domestic addresses only (no allotments) within mainland England. But excludes Wales, Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands. Installation is normally completed within 6 - 12 weeks after the delivery of your greenhouse.
Note: A base plinth MUST be purchased above for installation services to be valid. The installers will not complete the installation without a matching base plinth. Please find our Halls Installation Terms and Preparation Checklist here.
with Additional Accessory Installed
If you're having your Greenhouse installed, you may require additional accessories purchased with it (e.g Staging & Autovents) installed at the same time. Change the quantity box number, depending on how many accessories you require installing.

Delivery Information
Delivery Timeframes & Charges
Delivery is normally within 20 working days (4 weeks) to mainland England and Wales areas.
Delivery is normally within 30 working days (6 weeks) to Scotland and Offshore Isles/Islands.
Delivery is normally within 40 working days (8 weeks) to Northern Ireland due to the extra distance and carriage logistics.
Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland locations are inclusive, However, additional delivery to; Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland will incur a delivery surcharge due to the additional logistics of sending a greenhouse, and the extra distance required by the delivery carrier. See the “Services: Delivery” option above to view and select the delivery surcharges to these locations.
Unfortunately, we can't ship this product range to the Republic of Ireland.
For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Services
Installation services may be available on some greenhouse products and is limited to domestic addresses only (no allotments) within mainland England and Wales, but excludes Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands. Installation is normally completed within 6 - 12 weeks after the successful delivery of your greenhouse. The greenhouse will need to be stored in a safe and dry location during the interim period. Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Early delivery!!
Surprised to take delivery in May as didn’t expect until October! Tricky to put up and instructions weren’t brilliant but persevered and after 2 days happy with the greenhouse. Good quality and easy to keep clean without the lip at the door.

Glow diminished
Instruction booklet ok yet many pitfalls in not reading it well enough. Failures in putting fixings for roof lite and cross pieces. Wish I paid for someone to do it properly. 5 days later am still building it 😂 I’m sure I will be happy with the final product- eventually! Exceptional service and delivery by retailer, I would buy any accessories needed from them again.

We Replied:Dear Ted Thank you for your question. As standard this greenhouse comes with Horticultural Glass. There is an option to upgrade to toughened glazing, this can be selected by scrolling down the page to 'Please Choose Your Greenhouse Glass' and selecting the toughened glazing box.
