Good product, especially at the discounted price, delivered promptly
I ordered two and had slight concerns (unfounded) about possible colour mismatch. Easy to assemble, though instructions could be clearer simply by being on bigger paper. My only (minor) gripe about quality is that the slots in the horizontal cross-pieces were not cut out accurately, so they don’t fit snugly. You can ensure they’re level when putting in the screws but slight gaps remain in some places. Overall I was very pleased and would happily buy other products in the range.

Lovely arch
I am delighted with the Twilight Arch. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because as we put it together some of the small lattice cross bars fell off. Easily fixed but if they had been nailed on in the first place and not stapled it wouldn't have happened. Instructions easy to follow and easily assembled. Writing this in period of drought so soil too hard to dig posts in....soil too rocky to use spikes...so will lose height but it is being used for a rambling rose to climb over, not particularly to walk under.

Twilight Arch Review
I had to have an arch with specific dimensions to make it fit into a place I had prepared for it. The measurements of this arch were as close as I could find. The price was less than I was expecting which made me think that the quality might not be up to scratch. My worries were unfounded. The wooden components were solid and made with good timber. The modifications were easy because of the screw type joints, and the whole thing took an afternoon to contract. I used 'met post' spikes because I can use preservative right to the bottom of the posts whereas I would not be able to had I set the feet in the ground. I agree with another of your reviewers about the height of the arch. It would have been too low if it had been set in the ground. I have planted a wisteria next to the arch and look forward to seeing it cover the whole structure A good product which I would recommend to anyone.

When delivered the packaging was damaged and the pack of screws incomplete, but your customer service sorted it straightaway and the new pack of screws arrived the following day. The arch and the Emily bench together create a lovely area in the garden. Thank you

The arch arrived with a broken strut on each of the side trestle panels. I informed Garden Site and included photos and within a few days replacement trestles were delivered. Well done for a prompt response.
