Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK.
We offer fast and free delivery within mainland UK on our Forest products.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for the majority of mainland UK locations (exclusions apply - see below for details).
For the majority of mainland UK locations, Forest products are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer. In this instance you will receive a message by phone or email with details to manually book in a chosen delivery date.
For limited areas of south east England, limited areas of the south west England, and Scotland, Forest products are delivered by a third party carrier. In this instance, the carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery date once your order is ready at their delivery centre.
- Deliveries to the below postcode areas can take up to 7 working days extra, on top of the advertised lead-time:
BN1-BN3, BN5-BN18, BN20-BN27, BN41-BN45, BR8, CB1-CB4, CB6-CB8, CO1-CO16, CT1-CT21, EX1-EX24, EX31-EX39, GU6, GU28, IP1-IP33, ME1-ME20, NR1-NR35, PE14-PE30, PE38, PL1-PL29, RH6-RH20, TN1-TN40, TQ1-TQ14, TR1-TR20, TR26-TR27. - Deliveries to southern and mainland Scotland can take 5 - 10 working days extra, on top of the advertised lead time.

Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed within 1 - 2 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.
Unfortunately, installation is not available to the following postcodes: BT1-BT99, GY1-GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IV41-IV56, JE1-JE5, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PO30-PO41, PO49, TR21-TR25.
Vehicles We Use
For the majority of cases, items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places. Typically they are a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the maneuvering of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Excellent product and comfortable too
The only criticism my husband has is that he had to print the instructions from a competitors site. That said, once he had them he got down to putting it together and I only had to help get the roof on. It took 3 hours altogether, I had planned to paint it but at present I don't think I will as the colour blends well with where it's set up.

Brilliant Arbour ( No 2 )
This is the second arbour i have purchased, the first one was about 4 weeks ago, i was so impressed with the first one (see review) that i decided on a second one on the opposite side of the garden. As the first one, top marks for delivery and finish, and as a result of the knowledge assembling the first one this one was up and finished in 2 hours. Totally pleased with the end result.

Great Arbor, well made easy to assemble.
This product is very well made from pressure treated timber, anyone with basic DIY skills could assemble it (it took me four hours on my own) I have painted mine, a good tip would be to paint the bench and the back before assembling it, I have also water proofed the roof using wide lengths off flash band (the imitation lead flashing available from builders merchants)

Brilliant Arbour
Very well made arbour, went together a treat, only took me 4 hours to assemble with help from my wife, and that was in the rain!!! No skimpy timber used looks like it will last for many years. Great to find a product that comes up expectations.

A delightful garden arbor with plenty of room for two to sit and enjoy the garden.
The seat is as good as it looks in the unpainted image. I am very pleased with it, however I cannot comment on the making up of the seat, it would seem that all the parts and the instructions were clear as it was in place when I arrived home. I found Garden Site very helpful and delivery via Forest Green worked smoothly.

Lovely seat but assembly instructions could be better
We are so pleased with the finished seat but did waste a little time putting it together as the instructions are not that clear. It would have been so much easier if holes were pre-drilled. We have not painted or stained it as the finish blends very well with the surrounding plants. Delivery arrangements were excellent.

We Replied:Dear Jill Thank you for your question. The arbour does not come painted. If you want to paint it, I would recommend a Cuprinol exterior wood paint. It will be delivered in sections which are already assembled e.g. roof in two sections, two sides, back panel and sear in two sections. You'll find it fairly easy to put together, assembly will involve an extra charge if available. The wood is a mix of European softwoods which are pressure treated and have a 15 year guarantee. We Replied:Dear Barry, The Limoge Garden Arbour is a freestanding arbour and would stand on its own. If you live on the coast or in an open area which gets a lot of wind we would suggest fitting planters to either side of the arbour which would hold it down further or screwing it into the ground. Our Limoge Arbour is being delivered next week. Is it better to set this arbour on chippings or on slabs or are both acceptable? Also will it be received in one pack or more?
We Replied:Dear Ken Thank you for your question. Slabs are recommended but either are fine providing you can bed the arbour down on some hardstanding below the gravel.
