Description
With incredible potential to match the ambition of gardeners who love to grow their own plants, the Power 20 x 4ft Pent Potting Combi Shed is a substantial structure that's innovatively designed with a self-contained storage space.
The amount of glazing is exceptional with two tier staging already fitted to enable all your seed trays and pots to benefit from the huge amount of light streaming through the toughened safety glass windows.
Although featuring such a practical design with additional headroom enabling easy movement around the interior, this is also a handsome structure as it's built from high quality Scandinavian timber with weatherproof shiplap tongue & groove walls, floor and roof.
All the wood has developed warp resistance and durability from growing slowly, and these qualities have been augmented by dip treatment that adds rot resistance. Waterproofing the shed is achieved by covering the roof with top class felt lined with polyester, so the interior and everything inside will remain perfectly dry.
Heavy duty 44mm framing offers the structure very adequate reinforcement, there are also roof trusses and corner braces in place so that the shed is undoubtedly strong and stable. Both doors can be locked to protect any valuable contents and their hinges, together with other metal fixtures, are galvanized against rust.

The EPDM will come with either an adhesive spray or a tin of adhesive with a roller, depending on the size of the building.
Please Note: the EPDM will be delivered separately from the garden building. While we will make every effort to coordinate delivery dates, it is possible that the EPDM will arrive on a different day than the garden building.
Delivery of EPDM is not available for Northern Ireland.

We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on our Power branded sheds.
Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
