Description
An iconic woodland species normally found climbing trees in the north of the UK, the Vivid Arts pine marten ornament can now take refuge in your very own home or garden.
Part of the Mustelidae family and thus similar in appearance to weasels, ferrets and polecats, the pine marten boasts a glossy chestnut-brown coloured coat, long bushy tail, round ears and yellow 'bib' marking on its neck. All of these characteristic details and eye-catching colours are brought to life by the craft experts who finish this piece by hand.
With their preferred habitat of tree holes, old squirrel dreys or abandoned bird nests, this extremely agile climber would look fitting placed in a garden with lots of tall tree tops and overgrown foliage.
Made from high-quality durable resin, the pine marten can be left outdoors all year round, although we would recommend bringing it indoors during unprecedented weather conditions to protect its fine detailing and vivid colours.
