Excellant product and delivery service
I ordered both a small and large dog for presents. They arrived within a couple of days and are lovely. Unfortunately the large one was broken on arrival. I phoned up on the Saturday morning and it was immediately arranged that a new one would be delivered and the old one collected on the Monday. This happened and the service was first class.

I thought that this item was very good quality, delivery was spot on, was wrapped very well and got delivered to me in one peice, although i had a floor full of sponge and shreddings. order was dealt with quickly.
