Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland
We offer fast and free delivery of this product within mainland England, Wales and Southern parts of Scotland.
Areas classed as Northern Scotland or Highlands by the courier, as well as Isle of Wight will incur a small delivery surcharge if we're able to deliver the item.
If delivery is available on the product to one of these non-standard areas, you'll see a delivery option on the product page which can be selected at a small extra cost. For larger items, such as shelters and gazebos, unfortunately, we cannot deliver these to areas outside of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland due to carrier restrictions. If there is no delivery surcharge option on the product page, then unfortunately we're unable to deliver that specific product to non-standard areas.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 7 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance) for most in-stock products.
For larger products, such as gazebos, pavilions, shelters and any other large structures, delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (+2 extra days for delivery to Scotland due to the extra distance).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Assembly
All Zest products are sold as self-assembly unless otherwise stated. Products may require the use of a drill and drill bits to pre-drill the screw holes before construction.

Could be better , expectations not met, perils of buying online .
This product came in a cobbled together cardboard wrap which failed to impress when it was dropped off the delivery vehicle onto the ground and left by the gate. It's a heavy package for older folk and had to be move piecemeal to the house. Thanks very much! The contents were reasonably banded together but had obviously been stored somewhere very dusty ,subjected to sunlight aging and water staining . At what point does someone say" this is not fit to be sent to a customer ".? Thanks very much ! The seat is a nice design but I felt let down by its build quality. The backrests seemed loosly put together and not sturdy .What look like screws holding the strip wood in place are actually driven in nails with minimal thread form. They cannot be tightened . They are also poor quality finish ,which was already going rusty . The overall impression of all the kit was disappointing. Thanks very much ! At this point the whole lot was going to be returned for a refund.! But what to do ?. My son had asked for this seat as a birthday gift, so having cleaned and spruced up the kit , he does now have it , BUT I also provided a box of 100 brass screws !!! Of course he thinks it's fine !

A really solid bench
A really solid bench, very happy with it. Just watch those hex head bolts as they can be quite soft and easy to round off if you haven't git your allen key engaged all the way.

very comfy, lovely unique look
This is a really comfy seat and has a lovely rustic look - unlike anything else I have ever seen. It does take some muscle to put it together, but it's well worth the effort!

Great product
This is is the second Lily Double Seat that we have bought. It is very well made and very comfortable. Needs someone with strong hands or an electric screwdriver to put together, but once assembled is very sturdy. The first one we bought is now 5 years old and is still brilliant even thought it is left out in all weathers and given minimal TLC. Highly recommended.
