Description
The multi-functional Oakland 11 x 7.5ft Shed offers much more than just storage space.
Manufactured by Keter, it can be used as an outdoor room for crafts and hobbies or as a home office, but of course, it is still suitable for storing large, heavy items.
This shed is built to last, getting its strength through reinforced steel supports, wrapped around by weather resistant resin panels that provide a sturdy structure. The extra strength of the Oakland 1175SD is complemented by its 3D tile roof that can support snow loads of up to 100 kg/sqm and a robust floor that's designed to support the weight of lawnmowers and even all-terrain vehicles.
It comes in pre-cut tongue and groove panels for easy assembly. Once erected, you can stand back and enjoy the aesthetically pleasing silvery-grey facade plus the full length skylight and Victorian style window that let in natural sunlight.
When storing larger and possibly higher priced items you want peace of mind that they will be safe, so Keter have re-designed their double doors with a stainless steel locking system, resulting in super firm closure.

Inclusive Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland
Our standard inclusive delivery for Keter Sheds includes delivery to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.
Northern Scotland and Scottish Highlands areas may incur an additional delivery surcharge, which we will confirm with you before processing your order if this applies to your delivery address.
Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we can't deliver Keter sheds outside of the mainland areas mentioned above, including;
- Inverness IV21-24, IV26-27 and IV40-56
- Northern Ireland
- The Republic of Ireland
- Isle of Wight & Isle of Man
- Shetland Islands
- Channel Islands
- Any Other Islands & Isles

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days for in-stock items. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Easy to Build
Good spacious shed and easy to put together with good instructions and all items labeled to make it easier. Even spares screws were included. Need to people to put up especially the roof.

A blooming good shed but ...
... make sure your shed base is flat, level and solid concrete. I didn't as I hadn't realised how important this was. My old shed base was flat, but on a bit of a slope so not level and was slabs laid on mortar and sand. OK for a wooden shed but not for a plastic one. Quite rightly, the fitters advised me to get it sorted which I did. The guys that erected it were really good, quick, efficient and pleasant. Now that it is up, I am well chuffed with it. It feels more solid than I'd imagined, is weatherproof (tested in torrential thunderstorms) and looks great.

Very Impressive Shed
It looks a bit different from other run of the mill sheds which was one attraction, took a while but wasn't that difficult to assemble and I've had one of these sheds before and they are stronger than you may think. Double doors are a bonus and the skylights make it light enough not to trip over inside. Would recommend.
