Description
Barbecuing is becoming an ever growing trend with the Biloxi Offset BBQ Pit Barrel Smoker, it couldn't be any easier offering a variety of cooking options each with a different flavour to enjoy.
Combining different cooking possibilities this BBQ offers you the option for traditional cooking such as on a bed of hot coals or you can cook using the smoke of a wood fire. This option is made possible thanks to the design of the smoker and chambers made from 1mm thick quality steel.
Smoke builds from the burning wood in the lower-lying smoking chamber, as it rises the smoke enters the cooking chamber where the food is located. This way the food is cooked slowly at a low temperature of between 80° and 130°C. The cooking temperature can be monitored at ease anytime using the lid's built-in monitor.
The Smokey flavour can be intensified using the convenient vents, using different wood will also provide new exciting flavours. This BBQ is user friendly and you do not need to be a BBQ veteran to achieve the same Smokey taste, due to the low cooking temperature the food is less likely to burn and required minimal turning.
Alternatively, the food can be grilled using the cooking chamber. Complete with wheels this BBQ can be relocated at ease and easily set up wherever you need it. Delight your friends and family at the next garden party with some delicious smoky food.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for most orders, but may be extended during busy times of the year. Highlands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland deliveries will take an additional few business days due to the extra distance.
For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Vehicles We Use
Larger items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
