Description
The Fontana wood-fired pizza oven & BBQ cucina is perhaps the most innovative product from Fontana's innovative range of outdoor ovens, giving you a plethora of different ways to cook up Italian style and world-class food for your guests.
This modular, all-in-one cooking station allows you to cook in 5 different ways including baking, grilling, smoking, griddling or cooking with a wok, so the choice is yours!
The pizza oven, just like others from Fontana's range, sports a stainless steel interior with a heat, rust and weather-resistant painted electro-galvanised steel exterior for the ultimate resistance from the elements. Further, it sports a thick layer of natural rock wool insulation to help maintain the internal temperature whilst protecting the exterior from becoming too hot.
You'll cook directly on the food-grade refractory stone and build your fire on the right-hand side in a specialised compartment that allows the ash to fall below the pizza stone into a tray which can be accessed from below.
Alternatively, you can lift the chamber up from the front using the heavy-duty rear hinges, remove the pizza stone and replace it with a 3-part, heavy-duty cast iron grate before building your fire in the compartment below so you're then grilling over a real wood fire. The damper controls allow you to regulate the amount of oxygen going to the fire, thus control the flames.
If you wish to smoke your food, simply drop the chamber back down over the grates, there's a plate below the grates where you can add either your wood chips or charcoal. Again, you can regulate the drawer using the damper controls on the chimney.
On the right side of the kitchen, there's a separate firebox found below a cast iron griddle on which you can cook directly or you may wish to remove the circular plate in the middle of the griddle to allow for the use of a wok. This right-hand cooking station has its very own chimney separate from the left side of the kitchen.
With all things considered, you will be hard-pressed to find anything else like this on the market as it offers an abundance of different cooking methods and comes with a plethora of features to really enhance your experience.

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.
We offer fast, free delivery within mainland England, Wales and southern parts of Scotland. (Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above.)
Mainland and upper Scotland areas (as deemed by the delivery carrier as above Glasgow/Edinburgh) and selected Offshore Isles will incur a separate delivery charge which can be found via the delivery options on the product page above.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery of ovens will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location on a wooden pallet. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
