On my Oasis FiltoClear 15000 the ballast unit is retained by four bolts, these bolts screw into a plastic U clamp. The one located within the filter body has broken, do you have replacements?

The pump handle on my FiltoClear 15000 has broken free from the bottom, the screws refusing to 'bite'. Presumably I need new cleaning rods which I note that you stock. Do the rods come with the appropriate screws, Or do I need to order these separately and, if so, which spare part number?

The screws do not come with the rods, the screws are part of the screws/bolt kit number 10 on the list part number 34580.

I have an Oase Filto Clear 11000 unit that has developed a small crack to the lid near the UVC unit with a small amount of water leaking out, this appeared after back washing the filter last time. Is it an easy job to replace the lid section 24459 i.e. removal of attached parts and re-assemble. Is the part freely available and what would the total cost including post be to Surrey?
