Delivery Information

Delivery Timeframes & Charges
Delivery is normally within 20 working days (4 weeks) to mainland England and Wales areas.
Delivery is normally within 30 working days (6 weeks) to Scotland and Offshore Isles/Islands.
Delivery is normally within 40 working days (8 weeks) to Northern Ireland due to the extra distance and carriage logistics.

Delivery charges can be found under the “Delivery Services” options above. Unfortunately, delivery to; Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland will incur a higher delivery charge due to the additional logistics of sending a greenhouse, and the extra distance required by the delivery carrier.
Unfortunately, we can't ship this product range to the Republic of Ireland.

For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Installation Services
Installation services may be available on some greenhouse products and is limited to domestic addresses only (no allotments) within mainland England and Wales, but excludes Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands. Installation is normally completed within 6 - 12 weeks after the successful delivery of your greenhouse. The greenhouse will need to be stored in a safe and dry location during the interim period. Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Good Compact Greenhouse

Delivery was within the time promised, and the delivery driver was very helpful. We didn't find assembly to be a problem if you follow the instructions carefully and methodically. All main parts came with a label showing which section of the assembly instructions they were needed for. That said, there a surprising number of parts needed for such a compact greenhouse, and it looks a bit daunting at first, so take your time. The finished product is good quality and looks nice. An observation would be that the top shelves are dedicated to seed trays, rather than being a general purpose shelf, which may or may not be an issue for you, depending upon how you intend to use the greenhouse. Either way it will be a fairly simple job to convert them to a general shelf if we want to later on. Overall we were very happy with our purchase.

Good greenhouse, if only!

I can only repeat others when I write that the end product is very good. Assembly was confusing due to some missing, and in one case un-drilled, parts. Missing screws were posted immediately and I was able to drill out the holes required. The assembly instructions could be better and with so many different but similar bolts, screws, etc. it is nor really feasible to check the entire parts list in advance of assembly. Worth the effort, definitely.

A happy ending

The end product is excellent. Assembly has been very difficult due to some missing and mis-numbered parts. Rachell was very helpful and missing parts were posted immediately. The assembly instructions could be better, but all is well that ends well.

Good looking greenhouse and value for money. I'm no DIY expert but it was easy to assemble.

Does this wall garden need to be attached to the fence or shed against which it will stand, or can it be freestanding? Does the base have to screwed to the patio paving, or can it be freestanding?

Dear Michael Thank you for your question. Yes, it will need to be attached at the back, as the wall garden is designed to be used as a lean-to against a brick wall. This will stop it from falling / accidentally being pulled over.. It is also recommended to anchor the base frame onto a hard standing surface, such as your patio paving. At what height does the roof shape start? Are there holes for fixing to the wall and paving stones in the frame?.

We Replied:

Dear Julia Thank you for your question. From the bottom of the sill the curve would start at approximately 1105mm, just past this. There are brackets to fix the frame to the wall. The prefabricated base is fixed to the ground via screw and rawl plugs that you would need to drill yourself, otherwise the frame must be secured by the same method to a DIY base/plinth through the sill of the frame.
