Description

Full of opportunity and with a choice of options, the Lugarde Fifth Avenue P54 summerhouse is an outstanding structure both in appearance and build quality.

Part of an impressive range, this 3.6m x 3.6m version can be used all summer as a place to relax and enjoy your garden. Then in winter, why not convert it to a home gym or hobby room?

One major reason for the summerhouse's popularity is the top-quality timber from which it is constructed. Cladding is kiln-dried pine, slow-growing in northern Europe this is a dense and very stable wood that has had most of its moisture removed to eliminate warping.

Double glazing comes as standard, offering both great light transmission when the sun is shining and effective insulation if the temperature drops. So the environment inside the summerhouse is consistently agreeable throughout the year.

As with other Lugarde summerhouses, there are several colours that can be optioned both for the timber cladding and roof shingles. Brass or chrome metalwork is another matter of choice, and one of four finials can be added to the roof.

All this adds up to a very attractive and robust structure, assembled without screws or nails using the Prima 3=1 system that has been developed uniquely by Lugarde and involves wall sections sliding into uprights to create a very stable structure.

The building is supplied as standard untreated (except for the foundation beams which are pressure treated) and features 2 opening casements windows PE23 and a double door PE2430 all with double glazing.

Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.
