Beautifully designed, wonderfully comfortable and built using only the best construction materials, this will be a substantial and very practical addition to your garden. 

Northern European pine is used extensively, although naturally highly durable it has been kiln-dried to resist warping and can be pre-treated in a number of colours to complement its location.

The sheltered area benefits from an EPDM-covered roof, a synthetic rubber membrane that will waterproof the structure. With carefully chosen outdoor furniture this will be a delightful place to relax the day away with friends or family.

Double glazed doors lead into the lounge and this spacious room can have many uses, perhaps dining, hobbies or storage for garden loungers and similar equipment.

For such an impressive building, assembly is surprisingly simple as Lugarde has developed the Prima 3=1 system. Aluminium strips have been fitted into uprights and the wall sections just slide into place. The result is a very stable structure that hasn't required nails or screws.

Stability and strength can be further enhanced by an optional wooden flooring, which can be chosen for the enclosed area, open plan area, or both, and of which pressure treated foundation beams are supplied, which are highly resistant to rot.
