Description

It is attractively finished in either a modern anthracite grey or heritage green colour finish, both with a lighter interior that makes the most of any available light. Its all-new innovative design means that there are fewer parts to assemble which makes for quicker installation and a neat appearance.
The heavy-duty framework has hot-dipped, galvanised steel cladding and roof. Each panel has been coated in multiple layers to offer maximum weatherproofing and minimal maintenance, so you can rest assured that it is both rot and rodent proof. Whilst strength of the wall panels is provided by a full structural galvanised steel frame, featuring mid-wall and roof truss bracing for added strength and longevity.
A set of double bi-folding doors can be located on the front 10ft width, offering primary access inside that's wide enough to move large possessions in and out with ease, whilst a single door on the door offers secondary access for when you just need to access the workshop without the main doors being opened. Vents circulate air around the interior, and double hinged doors - which can be located in three different positions to suit the workshop's location - mean easy access even for large items.
These Globel workshops are designed to be firmly anchored down to a solid base area and require a suitable concrete or slabbed base, recommended with a damp proof membrane such as a PVC sheet underneath the base in order to help reduce rising condensation from the ground during the colder months.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 7 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. In all cases, Mercia will contact the customer by SMS or email to grant access to Mercia's portal. The customer will then select their preferred delivery date. They will receive confirmation of the delivery date, a 48-hour reminder before delivery and a 2-hour time slot on the day of the delivery. Delivery is trackable on the portal.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Some of our products will arrive on a pallet, some will arrive fully assembled and some part assembled - please see the product description. The delivery driver will have to leave the pallet at the front of the house either on a drive or in a front garden. If you do not have either of these it would be advisable to be in when the driver arrives so that you can unload the pallet and place the product somewhere safe. Disposal of any leftover pallet and/or packaging is the customer's responsibility.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places. It's typically a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
