The workshop garage uses steel panels that have gone through a hot-dipped galvanized coating process, meaning that they will not crack or warp over time, and are virtually maintenance free. Strength of the wall panels is provided by a full structural galvanised steel frame, featuring mid-wall and roof truss bracing for added strength and longevity.
A set of double bi-folding doors can be located on the front 10ft width, offering primary access inside that's wide enough to move large possessions in and out with ease, whilst a single door on the door offers secondary access for when you just need to access the workshop without the main doors being opened.
Starting from a clean sheet of paper this all new workshop has been designed to have fewer parts than its competitors and therefore boasts quicker self assembly at home or work, so your new workshop will be in action as soon as possible. Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 7 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. In all cases, Mercia will contact the customer by SMS or email to grant access to Mercia's portal. The customer will then select their preferred delivery date. They will receive confirmation of the delivery date, a 48-hour reminder before delivery and a 2-hour time slot on the day of the delivery. Delivery is trackable on the portal.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Some of our products will arrive on a pallet, some will arrive fully assembled and some part assembled - please see the product description. The delivery driver will have to leave the pallet at the front of the house either on a drive or in a front garden. If you do not have either of these it would be advisable to be in when the driver arrives so that you can unload the pallet and place the product somewhere safe. Disposal of any leftover pallet and/or packaging is the customer's responsibility.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places. It's typically a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

The door can be positioned at various points along the 19ft side (on the front side as pictured, it can be positioned on the left as seen, or on the right), but can't be put on the 10ft sides.. Hi, does this shed come with a floor? If not, what options are available? Is this a waterproof sealed shed? I have a granite dust ground, how can this be secured to the ground? Thank you
We Replied:Dear Nayaan, Thank you for your question. This workshop is not supplied with a floor - your base surface (i.e concrete, paving slabs) can be used as the floor if you wish and it is essential that the building is anchored to this for stability. We recommend purchasing a Hilti Anchor Screw Kit with the correct number of fasteners plus a masonry drill bit which will be delivered with your metal workshop so you can secure it to your base. The shed is not waterproof but weatherproof. As with all metal sheds, condensation will occur during certain times of the year which will cause water droplets on the inside of the building.
