Description

Hebe, the goddess of youth, was a cupbearer to the gods in ancient Greek mythology. This hand-finished statue depicts her effortless elegance and beauty.

Sculpted from crushed marble and resin, the statue stands on a plinth and is meticulously detailed with an authentic bronze finish that is cold to the touch.

Carrying a pitcher in her right hand and holding a cup in her left, Hebe is shown serving nectar and ambrosia, the food of the gods that prevented them from ageing.

Hebe was particularly a popular subject for statuary during the late 18th and 19th centuries, and this modern reproduction will introduce a beguiling classical influence to wherever it is located.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

What can I say... Amazing!

The statue is so beautiful. It's worth every penny. Your pictures don't give it justice. It's breathtakingly beautiful and I have it in my living room, this is where it will live. Your status are not just for the garden, they are perfect for elegant living rooms too. The guy who delivered it to me brought it upstairs, two floors up! He has been ever so kind! Excellent service. I will buy one more statue from you very soon, as I am ever so pleased with your store.

Great product, pity that the free delivery claim was misleading

This is a super garden statue, but why did the website say free UK mainland delivery, when this was clearly not the case. Having ordered and paid I was told I was liable for another £50 for delivery to the Scottish Highlands. I then asked if the delivery could be to Edinburgh and was told this would be even more expensive! I would like to know if anyone has in fact had free delivery of this item. Time to change website details or the heavy hand of the law may be down upon you?

Dear Lesley Thank you for your question. Hebe is cast from a mixture of crushed marble and resin to give a smooth, stone-like appearance with a bronze finish. She is 5ft 3ins tall in total and weighs 88lbs. She is currently in stock and yes, delivery is inclusive to Northamptonshire, with approx a week and a half delivery time frame via a pallet delivery carrier. How do you keep the statue looking nice and new all year round?
