Unfortunately, we can't deliver this product range to Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Product appears good, time will tell.

Communication poor regarding an order placed 30/08/16 which only arrived 27/09/16 Had to chase order twice, kept being told it was coming direct to manufacturer... Misleading as when order placed online it looked like a stock item, no indication it wouldn't be dispatched immediately, took my money straight away!!

Good Day Sue, Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear of the problems with delivery, at the time you placed your order stock had run out but we had more on order. Due to the item being imported it took a little longer than expected which cased the delay but I sincerely apologies for the lack of communication this is not a normal occurrence. Due to the popularity of this product we are again out of stock until November but have marked this on our website as pre-order to reflect this to others. It is also correct payment was immediately taken as I can see you paid with PayPal, all other methods of payment would not draw down the payment immediately. Kind Regards David.

Granite finish

We are very happy with this well made and beautiful designed bird bath. It was really well packed when delivered. We've just installed it in our garden and is looking forward to seeing birds making use of our latest purchase.
