Very good but took lots of chasing

Like Sue, I had to continually chase this order by many phone calls and emails to customer care. I also believed from the website that this item was in stock and ordered it on May 20 for a friend's birthday at the end of June, expecting the 7-14 day delivery as advertised. It finally arrived on July 26! There was no communication from Gardensite and all the chasing came from me, the item wasn't even on the tracking part of their website. There were promises of being contacted by the courier which never happened, I was told that the item had been dispatched on July 4th but it never arrived. Finally Suzie in Gardensite Customer Care tracked it down and sorted the delivery out, well done to Suzie. The item itself is beautiful and of excellent quality. It come well packaged in wooden pallets. A shame it took 67 days and chasing to get it.

We had an issue where we realised that only the bases had arrived and due to the product being imported it was the case it took a further 6 weeks for the next shipment. A perfect tribute.

I recently purchased this item as a tribute to my best friend. I needed something that was stylish, honest and striking as that is how I remember her. This item fitted the bill perfectly. Excellent service and product

I have been most impressed by the whole order process. I was kept informed throughout the order transaction. The bird bath was a present for my daughter and she is delighted with it. Time will tell as to how it weathers, but so far so good. In my opinion this is an excellent site.

Enigma bird bath

This product is beautifully made. Adds to the contemporary look to the garden. I contacted the telephone number to ask if they could find me oneof their darkest grey the tone with my garden. The operator was very polite and said she would add this request to my order notes. When the bird bath arrived, I felt saw that this request had been honoured. It now takes pride of place.
