Description

This is a strong, dignified cast stone portrayal of Diana the Huntress, feted for her association with wild animals and woodland, with the power to talk with and control animals.

This design is taken from a marble copy of the original sculpted by Leochares who is also thought to be responsible for Apollo Belvedere. The marble is now to be seen in the Louvre.

One of a collection of busts and statuary that will enhance any garden, terrace or courtyard. They can be positioned in borders, woodland or even inside a house or conservatory.
