What Makes Royalcraft's Wooden Furniture
There's plenty of wooden garden furniture brands, retailers, designs and models out there, but knowing which one to choose and which brand offers the best value for money can certainly be a challenge. We want you to know exactly what Royalcraft timber furniture has to offer, how it's made and what goes into it.
Acacia & Eucalyptus
Royalcraft's hardwood garden furniture is crafted from either Acacia or Eucalyptus timber.
Both species are plantation grown, with some products making use of FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) timber, which has been sourced from responsibly sourced forests.
As both Acacia and Eucalyptus are classed as hardwood and take longer to grow than cheaper softwood alternatives, they offer much more solid construction and improved natural resistance against weathering.
Wood with Textilene Fabric
Some of Royalcraft's wooden furniture incorporates the use of textilene, an all-weather fabric which has exceptional resistance against rain, frost and sun, making it one of the most popular fabrics for outdoor furniture.
Textilene is used as a sling across the seat, backrest, or both depending on the furniture's design and offers comfort without the need for any extra cushioning.
Textilene is virtually maintenance-free, has a modern appearance and is ideal for outdoor use in all weathers.
