Description

Made from cast stone and completed with a hand finished design, this feature will be sure to provide you with longevity and a sense of realism. Its natural appearance and relaxing aura, will allow for you to add a feature to your garden pond area that will instantly blend in with its surroundings.
As water runs off the log down into the fresh water pool or pond it will encourage water to circulate and stay oxygenated, whilst also creating the tranquil sound of free flowing water.
Finished in Massarelli's specially formulated #89 cedar water stone colour (see our images of the round colour swatches for a clearer view of the expected colour finish), the log looks very natural, perfectly fitting in with its surroundings around the pond whilst serving as an eye-catching focal point.

Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 7 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. Extra charges will apply to certain locations for example Isle of Wight and Islands. Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.
These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.
Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.
